HCG is a hormone that stimulates the ovaries and the testes. In females, this medication is used in combination with other medication to induce ovulation. It is used in males to stimulate testicular descent or testicular growth and development.

Leuproreline/Leuprolide is a synthetic hormone. When it is used, the body stops producing testosterone hormones in males and estrogen hormones in females. When the medication is stopped, hormone levels return to normal. Leuproreline/Leuprolide is used in the treatment of prostate cancer in men, early puberty in children, and anemia (due to uterine fibroid tumors)in women.

Ganirelix is used as a fertility medicine to prevent premature luteinizing hormone (LH) surges in women undergoing the fertility procedure of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation. LH is involved in ovulation, which is the development of eggs in the ovaries. Ganirelix may help reduce the need for follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) , which is also involved in ovulation.

Ganirelix is administered by SubQ injection just (below the skin).
