Customer and Patients Privacy Policy
ivfmeds.com understands that you care how information about you is used and shared.
We appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice
describes our privacy policy. Any reference to ivfmeds.com, hereafter, refers
to it, its agents, affiliates, related companies, subsidiaries, and parent company.
By visiting ivfmeds.com, you are accepting the practices described in this Customer
and Patients Privacy Notice.
Information We Collect
We recognise your right to confidentiality and are committed to protecting your
privacy. We use the information that we collect on our site to provide you with
a superior shopping experience and customer service. Information is never supplied
to third parties.
Your Account
When you place an order, we will ask you to set up "your account", which includes
your name, e-mail address, password, phone numbers, shipping address, billing
address, credit card number and expiration date, other payment information, product
details, and preferred method of contact. If you are not the actual patient, we
will ask you for the patient's name and contact information and your connection
to the patient. At your discretion you may supply the patient's social security
number, which can be helpful in expediting a speedy delivery. We also require
your physician's name and phone number in case we need to clarify information
regarding your prescription. Using your account information, we will send you
communications that we believe are relevant to you regarding your order. We will
not communicate with you with matters not relating to an order other than in response
to questions that you have asked. Please do not supply a fax number unless you
can receive confidential information at that fax number. If you would like to
review or revise the information we have in your account, you may access such
information by Log-In Tab on any screen at any time.
Your Prescription Information
To fill your prescription medicines order, we require a copy of a prescription
from a licensed physician who is providing treatment to you. We protect all of
your information against unauthorised access or release. A copy of your prescription
will always be included with your shipment.
Security
When you place an order online, your personal information and credit card information
are encrypted using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet,
making it virtually impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted
while being transferred to ivfmeds.com. We reveal only the last five digits of
your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the
entire credit card number to the appropriate Credit Card Company during order
processing. Your credit card information and the patient's social security number
(if you choose to provide it) is always stored in encrypted form in a database
that is separate from our Web site database. It is important for you to protect
against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to
sign off when finished using a shared computer.
Cookies
To personalise your experience at ivfmeds.com, we use a feature on your Internet
browser called a cookie. Cookies are small files that your Web browser places
on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to let us know that you are a prior
visitor and to retrieve certain information previously provided by you and also
to let us know how you found us (e.g., through a particular web site). Cookies
are not used to access information entered on the secure server. This information
can only be accessed when you enter your email address and password.

By using our Web site, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information

Examples of the information we collect and analyse include the Internet protocol
(IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address;
password; computer and connection information such as browser type and version,
operating system, and platform; purchase history; the full Uniform Resource Locators
(URL) click stream to, through, and from our Web site, including date and time;
cookie number; products you viewed, and phone number used to call any of our free
phone or toll free numbers.
