Help Questions - Shipping

• Shipping Methods and Tracking  
We ship by courier service and you will always be given a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

• Shipping Charges and Delivery Time  
Shipping Charges are calculated according to how quickly you wish to receive your order. The charges include Freight and Insurance. (You will not have to pay import duties or taxes as personal medicine imports are usually tax exempt).

Orders are usually shipped within 1 - 2 business days of the time the order is received (along with the prescription). We offer Speed Shipping at $99.00 and Regular Shipping at $49.00. Allow 14 days from date of shipping for Regular shipping. We recommend that you choose Speed Shipping if your treatment is going to start in less than 14 days. We guarantee all deliveries.
• Duties and Taxes  
You will not have to pay import duties or taxes as personal medicine imports are usually tax exempt.

• Signed Delivery  
  A signature is required when the order is delivered to ensure that your order is properly and safely delivered.
