In order to place an order we will need the following
information:
- Your Name and day time phone number
- The name and phone number of the prescribing
physician
- The name and phone number of the patient if you
are not the actual patient
- The date you need to receive your medicines. (This
information is not compulsory, but we find it helpful so that we can
make sure that we get the order to you in time.)
- Delivery address
- Credit Card Details
- Card Number and Type
- Card Expiration Date
- Name on the Card
- Card Billing Address
- Valid Prescription from the prescribing physician

| • How to place
an order |

Orders can be placed using the method that best suits
you. You have a choice of using our online ordering system, sending a fax,
or phoning our customer service centre.
Please
note that whatever method you choose your order will only be shipped after
receiving a copy of a prescription from your physician. If you have a
scanned version of your prescription we recommend uploading it to our
secure server. Otherwise you can fax it, together with a fax cover page
that will be generated for you, to our order processing centre.
First Time Orders
The first time you order online you will be asked to create an account.
The account is established for the person placing the order. If you are
not the actual patient you will need to provide the patient's details,
which must match what is written on the prescription.
Repeat Orders
Placing a repeat order is very fast. Once you have logged-in our order
system will remember your account information.

Our online order system has been designed to enable
you to place an order quickly, efficiently and securely. Just go to our
order form and select the items that you require from your prescription.
Credit Cards are processed using SSL encryption technology which ensures
security and privacy. In the event that you do not wish to use your credit
card online you may complete the online transaction by telephoning your
credit card details through to our customer service department. We do recommend
using the online credit card system for fastest order processing.

take your order over the phone. After placing an order by phone you will

- We accept payment by Visa.
- We charge all sales outside Europe in US Dollars
and your credit card will be charged the exact amount.
- We do not accept any other method of payment.

Prices for medicines in Europe are lower because
governments have imposed price limits on the pharmaceutical companies in
order to save money. These price limits have resulted in European prices
being much lower than most parts of the world like Canada and the USA.
